Formulation Meeting & Treatment Planning Report
Formulation meetings are facilitated by a Senior Quovus Clinician and bring together all stakeholders involved in a person's life to review their situation holistically.
The meeting develops a shared understanding of behaviours of concern and current presentation, and sets the direction for future support. Outcomes are documented in a Treatment Planning Report.

How a formulation meeting works
- 01
Clinical preparation
The facilitating clinician reviews the case in advance to ensure adequate knowledge of history, current presentation and the goals of the session.
- 02
Facilitated formulation
Stakeholders contribute their perspective and the clinician builds a working formulation of what is happening and why.
- 03
Priorities and treatment planning
The group agrees intervention priorities, responsibilities and timeframes.
- 04
Treatment Planning Report
A written report records the formulation, recommendations and agreed next steps.
