About the Role

  • Provide a range of clinical assessments to individuals with complex needs;

  • Create positive Behaviour Support Plans using evidence-based, best practice framework to improve the quality of life for individuals;

  • Support carers and staff in the implementation of behaviour support plans;

  • Provide clinical services to address specific complex behaviour;

  • Understand the NDIS Commission’s reporting guidelines and requirements;

  • Liaise with other relevant professionals, agencies and carers as required;

  • Predominantly work from home with some travel for client visits in various locations;

  • Contract position with workload flexible to meet your needs

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (psychology, social work, OT etc);

  • Knowledge of the NDIS framework;

  • Driver’s Licence and own vehicle;

  • National Police Check and relevant state checks (e.g. WWCC);

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Able to work independently, organise and prioritise competing demands;

  • Ability to form positive relationships with individuals, families, carers, staff, and others.
