Allows customers to design and deploy custom forms, monitor incidents and manage medication

CTARS is an innovative software product that has been developed and implemented through a historical partnership with Quovus

CTARS is a cloud based application with a design based on over 20 years of clinical and operational experience the Children’s Services, Aged Care and Disability sectors; including the latest requirements for the NDIS. Our approach is focused directly on the participant (client) allowing for participant and family engagement, planning and outcome monitoring.

CTARS is a clinically based case management application bringing together all aspects of client care including traditional paper-based data collection, activity recording, record keeping and compliance reporting. CTARS has embedded incident and medication management elements with detailed alerting workflows to support and enhance care quality.

CTARS dynamic form builder allows customers to design and deploy custom forms, digitise existing processes and process reducing paperwork, reduce costs, and most importantly allows you to deliver a service that is personalised to match your business needs.
CTARS has an NDIS billing and invoicing module to assist in the assigning, billing and invoicing of NDIS activities. This is automated to ensure that our customers are not impacted with the change in NDIS funding, and can be directly uploaded into the NDIS Portal. We can also cater for multiple funding streams so that all services can be delivered from a simple, easy to use application.

CTARS has been designed with Open API’s allowing us to integrate to other organisational systems including existing CRM systems, payroll systems, finance and rostering systems allowing best of breed solutions that talk to each other behind the scenes to deliver a great users experience.

CTARS addresses the universal challenge in human services, that is to generate clean and meaningful data in an efficient way so that critical decisions can be made in real time. In so doing, it allows Staff and Carers to focus on their core capability of providing support to clients.
